Building Material Salesman

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role based in AL AIN for a Building Material Salesman. The Building Material Salesman will be responsible for actively engaging with clients to understand their needs, providing expert advice on suitable building materials, and facilitating sales. Responsibilities include maintaining and expanding customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales proposals, and achieving sales targets. Additional duties involve coordinating with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and staying updated on industry trends.

Qualifications

• Strong sales skills, including customer engagement, relationship management, and negotiation
• In-depth knowledge of building materials, interior design trends, and construction industry standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and team members
• Experience in a related sales or building materials role preferred
• Fluency in English (additional languages spoken in the UAE, such as Arabic, are a bonus)
