JD:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or an equivalent
- Combination of technical education, training, and work experience.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in software business analysis role.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder communications and facilitate workshops, demonstrating strong verbal and written skills.
- Experience in process modelling and prototyping.
- Knowledge of/experience with QA processes and testing requirements.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication
skills.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word,
- PowerPoint, Visio, etc).
Good to Have:
- Experience with Salesforce/ Mobile applications.
- Experience working with user stories in an agile framework.
- Experience in JIRA or similar defect tracking tools.
