Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join a dynamic automotive and mobility transformation program. This role is critical in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring smooth delivery of digital solutions across dealership, rental, and mobility ecosystems.
You will play a key role in shaping requirements, defining business processes, and ensuring successful delivery of customer-centric digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders across sales, aftersales, rental operations, marketing, and digital teams
- Work closely with automotive dealership and mobility systems including DMS, CRM, fleet management, booking platforms, service systems, and digital channels
- Translate business needs into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows
- Define and document end-to-end business processes such as vehicle sales lifecycle, rental booking and utilization, customer 360 lifecycle management, after-sales and service workflows, inventory and fleet management, and lead and campaign tracking
- Act as a bridge between business, IT, QA, and external vendors
- Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups
- Ensure requirements traceability and support UAT execution
- Identify risks, dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Support change management and user adoption activities
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in IT/software projects
- Strong experience in end-to-end requirements lifecycle management
- Excellent skills in BRD, FRD, user stories, and process mapping
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall environments
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Visio, draw.io, or similar
