We are seeking a Business Analyst with hands-on experience in SAP Hybris to lead business analysis, drive efficiency, and improve operational processes. You’ll play a pivotal role in gathering requirements, designing solutions, and providing insights that influence business and IT strategies.

Qualifications:
🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Software Development, Computer Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
🔧 Strong knowledge of the SAP Hybris Application Lifecycle Framework
📊 Proven experience in Management Consulting, Business Process Management, and IT Strategy
✍️ Excellent communication skills, including technical writing
📊 Experience with data analysis, business modeling, and process documentation

Experience:
🖥️ 4-5 years of experience in Business Analysis or Systems Analysis
💼 At least 3 projects involving SAP Hybris Implementation, with 1-2 years of experience in Hybris Commerce
💡 Strong background in e-Commerce (B2B/B2C)
📈 Skilled in data visualization and interpreting data for business decisions
