Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Consultant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will analyze client operations, identify growth opportunities, and develop actionable strategies to enhance performance and profitability. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical, financial, and communication skills, capable of guiding clients through complex business challenges and expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth assessments of client business operations and identify performance gaps.
- Develop business plans, feasibility studies, and financial forecasts.
- Advise clients on company formation, licensing, and compliance processes within UAE jurisdictions (Mainland & Freezones).
- Recommend process improvements and operational strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Conduct market research and provide insights on competition, trends, and opportunities.
- Prepare professional reports, proposals, and presentations for management and clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective project implementation.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Monitor the progress of business strategies and provide continuous improvement recommendations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in business consulting, business setup, or management advisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of UAE business setup procedures, freezone structures, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and business analysis tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
