As part of your role, you will support the preparation and day-to-day activities of the Head of Customer Engagement & Adoption (CE&A), a global organization of ~21,000 employees.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Conducting research on cutting-edge topics and industry trends in the context of professional services and industry trends
- Investigating emerging technologies, with a focus on AI and its application within business and customer engagement contexts
- Supporting the preparation of executive briefings, presentations, and customer meetings
- Assisting with strategic projects and internal initiatives within the Business and Customer Office
- Collaborating with team members to ensure high-quality deliverables and smooth execution of daily operations
