Business Development

Description:

We are seeking a Business Development Manager with strong connections across UAE real estate developers and government entities — including Aldar, Emaar, Imkan, Arada, Eagle Hills, and similar groups.

Your primary goal will be to expand Matrix’s client base by presenting our portfolio to potential partners, identifying new tenders or design opportunities, and driving high-value relationships from initial contact through project acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the face of Matrix to developers, contractors, and government bodies.

Present company credentials, design portfolio, and service offerings to potential clients.

Leverage personal and professional connections to generate new project leads and RFP invitations.

Develop long-term partnerships with property developers, consultants, and project managers.

Coordinate with Matrix’s design and management teams to prepare proposals and follow-ups.

Attend key industry events (Cityscape, Big 5 Global, etc.) to represent the firm.

Ideal Candidate

Proven background in business development or client relations within an architecture, consultancy, or contracting firm in the UAE.

Strong existing network with major real estate developers.

Excellent presentation and communication skills in English (Arabic a plus).

Confident, driven, and able to work independently with measurable results.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business, or related field.
