WE’RE HIRING — join a fast-growing early-years group as a Business Development / Growth Manager for Dubai & Abu Dhabi. This role is perfect for an energetic, commercially-minded professional with strong UAE real-estate connections and a proven track record driving expansion and partnerships. You will lead site-identification, negotiate commercial deals, and build corporate relationships that fuel nursery growth.

What you’ll lead:
• Identifying and securing new nursery locations — scout and evaluate commercial villas, retail units and other suitable premises.
• Building strategic corporate partnerships — develop relationships with corporates to deliver tailored childcare solutions.
• Driving structured BD pipelines — create and manage a business development process that converts leads into sites and partnerships.
• Liaising with developers, landlords & HR leaders — negotiate terms, coordinate site visits and close location agreements.
• Designing childcare offers for clients — craft bespoke propositions for organizations and key accounts.

Ideal candidate profile:
• 3–7 years of UAE experience in business development, real estate partnerships or similar roles.
• Established UAE real estate network across commercial villas, retail and landlord/developer contacts.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with a professional, independent working style.
• Valid UAE driving license and ability to travel between sites.
• Results-driven, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced expansion environment.
