EDUCATION :Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Related Field.

 

Required Qualification / Skills:-

1- Must be experienced in Sap Ariba / other Online Portal for Vendor /Contractor Registration, Pre-qualification activities. Major Activities with end-users ADNOC, ADWEA / other UAE Govt / Semi Govt. / Oil & Gas Organizations.

2- Ability to multi-task and adhere to stringent deadlines.

3- Effective communication (both oral and written), organization and interpersonal skills

4- Advanced proficiency in the following Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

5- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat.

6- Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and formatting skills

7- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

8- Detail-oriented and organized, with exceptional prioritization and tracking skills. Multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize and organize multiple concurrent assignments.

9- Collaborative and flexible in working with a variety of personalities.

 

Minimum Required Training:-

  • Degree in business administration, marketing, communications, public relations, or related field.
  • Progressive experience in a business development role.
  • Experience developing responses to detailed prequalification requests, expressions of interest (EOIs), and requests for proposals (RFPs)

 

Job Description:-

  • Liaise with staff at all levels in the organization for matters related to Business Development Department.
  • Prepare and process documents related to Registrations and Pre-qualifications with End-users and EPC Contractors.
  •  Prepare and maintain prequalification status for all key organizations. Initiate new prequalification application(s) as requested.
  • Ensure that appropriate Review(s) and Approval(s) are obtained for all content and deliverables
  • Evaluate & communicate with concerned stakeholders for any required documentation/information.
  • Maintain and manage an up-to-date repository of all Registration and PQ related documents like Financial Statements, Company Records, QHSE documents etc.
  • Maintains files of completed/historic Registrations and Pre-qualifications.
  • Help the team with day-to-day administrative activities.
  • Support the team in executing the needs of information gathering and document control, as directed.
  • Follow the process regarding incoming Registration/PQ requests, information gathering, folder creation, tracking, and submission, to ensure the best flow of information into the company, and back out to our clients.
