Responsibilities:
- Create and manage sales plans to attract and serve high-end Emirati wedding clients.
- Handle the full sales cycle — from lead generation and client meetings to proposals and contracts.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with Emirati families, wedding planners, and key influencers.
- Work closely with catering, décor, and operations teams to deliver flawless weddings.
- Organize venue tours and presentations for clients with personalized package options.
- Stay updated on luxury wedding trends, décor styles, and Emirati traditions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales goals.
- Ensure cultural sensitivity, guest privacy, and VIP standards are always maintained.
- Represent the brand at wedding shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in wedding sales or event management, focusing on Emirati weddings.
- Proven success in closing high-value wedding deals.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (required).
- Strong relationship-building and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of UAE wedding industry vendors, venues, and current trends.
- Professional grooming and positive personality.
- Flexible to work on weekends and evenings as needed.
- UAE driving license is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
