Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and promote Argentum’s comprehensive business services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring client satisfaction.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
✅ Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client referrals.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their business needs and offer tailored solutions.
✅ Promote Argentum’s core services, including business setup, visa services, PRO services, and document attestation.
✅ Meet and exceed sales targets and business growth objectives.
✅ Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
✅ Stay updated with UAE business regulations and market trends to provide accurate consultation to clients.
✅ Represent Argentum at industry events, networking functions, and business forums.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
📌 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
📌 Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in business services, legal, or PRO services.
📌 Strong understanding of UAE business setup, licensing, and visa processes.
📌 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
📌 Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
📌 Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth.
📌 Strong networking skills and ability to build strategic partnerships.
