Description:
The Franchise Sales Executive is responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and converting potential franchise partners. This role involves telecalling, CRM management, working on dialer systems, and utilizing MS Office tools for effective reporting and communication. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to build long-term relationships with prospective franchisees.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Telecalling:
Proactively reach out to potential franchise partners via telecalling.
Explain franchise opportunities, investment details, and business models.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and inquiries.
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls effectively.
2. CRM & Dialer Management:
Work on CRM software to update and track leads, interactions, and conversions.
Use dialer systems to manage high-volume calling efficiently.
Ensure all customer interactions and follow-ups are recorded accurately in the CRM.
3. Sales & Business Development:
Present the franchise concept, business model, and benefits to potential franchisees.
Assist interested candidates in understanding investment requirements and business potential.
Close deals by negotiating agreements and ensuring compliance with franchise terms.
4. Documentation & Coordination:
Assist in franchise agreement processing, documentation, and onboarding.
Coordinate with internal teams for approvals, training, and support for new franchisees.
5. Reporting & MS Office Proficiency:
Prepared and maintained sales reports, call logs, and pipeline data using MS Excel.
Create presentations and documents for franchise proposals in MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
Analyze sales data and prepare insights for management review.
Requirements & Skills:
Experience: 1-3 years in franchise sales, telecalling, or business development.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
