Business Development Executive

As part of our expanding interior design and fit-out division, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in Dubai. This full-time role is perfect for a driven individual with a passion for client relationships and business development in the design industry, particularly in real estate.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 to 3 years of experience in business development, ideally with a background in real estate. A strong focus on building and nurturing client relationships is essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, particularly in the interior design and fit-out sectors, and collaborating closely with the design and project teams to ensure that client needs are met with tailored solutions.

You will be instrumental in the growth of our business, ensuring that we continue to build strong, lasting relationships with clients while expanding our portfolio. An interest or experience in interior design is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture strong client relationships to maintain and expand our client base.

• Identify new business opportunities and markets to ensure business growth.

• Collaborate effectively with the design and project teams to deliver customized solutions.

• Support the team in achieving sales and business development goals.

• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring that project goals are clearly communicated and met.
