Business Development Executive

Description:

We are seeking a Business Development Executive with a professional presence and strong client-facing skills to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering consultancy and a proven ability to manage client interactions, CRM data, and business development follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
• Coordinate and follow up on leads, proposals, and business opportunities
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accuracy and efficiency
• Support business development reporting, coordination, and pipeline tracking
• Attend meetings and represent the company in a professional and articulate manner

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business development or client-facing role
• Background in engineering consultancy is required
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and goal-oriented
• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
• Must be currently residing in Dubai
• Presentable with a professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
