Business Development Executive

FuelBuddy is growing, and we're on the lookout for a Business Development - Executive/Manager to drive top-line growth, expand strategic accounts, and lead a small but high-performing sales team in Dubai.

What you'll do:
🔹 Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing
🔹 Build strong relationships with C-level and procurement stakeholders
🔹 Lead and mentor a team of BDEs
🔹 Collaborate with operations, finance, and HSE teams for seamless onboarding
🔹 Share market insights and sales forecasts with leadership

What we're looking for:
✅ 5+ years of B2B sales experience (fuel/logistics industry preferred)
✅ Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales targets
✅ Strong negotiation & presentation skills
✅ Prior team management or mentoring experience
✅ Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent

Key KPIs you'll own:
📈 Quarterly revenue
📈 Conversion rate from proposals
📈 Pipeline value & velocity
📈 Team target achievement
