Description:
FuelBuddy is growing, and we're on the lookout for a Business Development - Executive/Manager to drive top-line growth, expand strategic accounts, and lead a small but high-performing sales team in Dubai.
What you'll do:
πΉ Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing
πΉ Build strong relationships with C-level and procurement stakeholders
πΉ Lead and mentor a team of BDEs
πΉ Collaborate with operations, finance, and HSE teams for seamless onboarding
πΉ Share market insights and sales forecasts with leadership
What we're looking for:

5+ years of B2B sales experience (fuel/logistics industry preferred)
β
Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales targets
β
Strong negotiation & presentation skills
β
Prior team management or mentoring experience
β
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent
Key KPIs you'll own:
π Quarterly revenue
π Conversion rate from proposals
π Pipeline value & velocity
π Team target achievement
