FuelBuddy is growing, and we're on the lookout for a Business Development - Executive/Manager to drive top-line growth, expand strategic accounts, and lead a small but high-performing sales team in Dubai.

What you'll do:
πŸ”Ή Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing
πŸ”Ή Build strong relationships with C-level and procurement stakeholders
πŸ”Ή Lead and mentor a team of BDEs
πŸ”Ή Collaborate with operations, finance, and HSE teams for seamless onboarding
πŸ”Ή Share market insights and sales forecasts with leadership

What we're looking for:
βœ… 5+ years of B2B sales experience (fuel/logistics industry preferred)
βœ… Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales targets
βœ… Strong negotiation & presentation skills
βœ… Prior team management or mentoring experience
βœ… Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent
