Business Development Executive

 

Description:

In this role, you'll be helping clients plan and book international holiday packages, from dream honeymoons to family getaways. You'll work closely with travellers to understand what they want and help them choose the best destinations, routes, and offers.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

 

Speak to walk-in, phone, and online leads and convert them into bookings

Suggest holiday packages based on interests, preferences, and budget

Share destination advice, plan itineraries, and quote prices clearly

Follow up with clients, build rapport, and offer great after-sales service

Collaborate with our internal team and suppliers for smooth coordination

Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals

Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

At least 2 years of experience in selling CIS and Europe holiday packages

Confidence in converting leads into sales through great communication and follow-up

A warm, friendly personality with a customer-first attitude

Strong interest in travel and good destination knowledge

Comfortable with quoting prices, handling objections, and closing deals

Currently in Dubai or Anywhere in UAE
