Overview:
CommandTech Engineering Consultant LLC is seeking an energetic Business Development Executive to drive new business initiatives and strengthen client relationships across Dubai. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, pitching services, and supporting the company’s growth targets within engineering and construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals, deliver persuasive sales presentations, and close deals.
• Work closely with technical teams to align client requirements with service offerings.
• Track sales activities, pipeline progress and support strategic growth planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred.
• Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably within engineering consultancy or construction.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Based in the UAE and holding a valid driving license.
