Description:
Astin Groups is seeking a dynamic and persuasive Business Development Executive / Sales Agent to join our UAE team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients with their visa needs while achieving sales targets and maintaining strong client relationships. This role combines client interaction, market knowledge, and CRM management to support the company’s growth in the visa services sector
Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion
• Contact potential clients, explain visa services, and close deals.
Sales Targets
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals consistently.
CRM Management
• Update lead status, follow-ups, and client interactions in the CRM system regularly.
Client Relationships
• Maintain strong communication with both new and existing clients.
Market Awareness
• Stay informed about UAE visa regulations, travel, and immigration trends.
Follow-Ups
• Assist clients with queries and provide post-sales support.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in visa, travel, or immigration services.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (other languages are a plus).
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous.
• Must be eligible to work in the UAE and open to relocation if required.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
