Join a rapidly expanding Dubai media venture led by entrepreneur and media personality SEIF EL HAKIM (The Alpha). Our channels deliver high-profile interviews and brand collaborations to an international audience, and we’re seeking a commercially-minded sales professional to grow sponsorship and paid-opportunity revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively pitch, negotiate and close sponsorship and advertising deals across the company’s platforms.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of premium sponsors, brand partners and paid guest opportunities.
- Source, approach and secure paid-guest appearances and collaboration offers for the show.
- Reach out to high-value guests, influencers and industry contacts to build strategic relationships.
- Represent the brand at events and networking opportunities to generate leads.
- Prepare proposals, media kits and commercial documentation in coordination with internal teams.
Requirements
- Demonstrable track record in sales or business development, ideally in media, events, luxury or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong networking ability and experience working with brands, sponsors or influencers.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills with evidence of closed deals.
- Results-oriented, proactive and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow through from outreach to contract signing.
