Business Development Executive

 

Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to expand and manage partnerships for our Roadside Assistance (RSA) vertical, with a primary focus on building strong alliances with insurance companies and fleet providers. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in the insurance industry, a strong understanding of RSA offerings, and the ability to identify and convert high-value opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and approach insurance companies, brokers, and corporate clients for RSA tie-ups.

· Pitch & Propose: Develop customized proposals and pitch presentations tailored to client needs in coordination with RSA service capabilities.

· Partnership Development: Negotiate and onboard new B2B accounts, particularly from the insurance sector, to offer bundled RSA solutions.

· Client Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and contract renewals.

· Market Research & Strategy: Monitor competitor activity and market trends within the RSA and insurance sectors to refine offerings.

· Cross-functional Coordination: Work with the operations and customer service teams to ensure service delivery standards align with client expectations.

· Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and partnership KPIs.

· Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, proposals, contracts, and reports for management review.

Requirements:

· Experience: 3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in insurance, automotive services, or RSA.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.

· Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of insurance processes, RSA offerings, and B2B sales cycles.

· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

· Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to manage high-stakes negotiations and close large B2B deals.

· Networking: Existing connections within the UAE insurance industry is a strong advantage.

· Tech-savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools and reporting dashboards.
