Business Development Executive

Description:

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The role focuses on selling Document Management Systems (DMS), Enterprise Content Management (ECM), and other software solutions to clients across the UAE.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2 to 3 years of experience in software sales who is looking to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B sales, an understanding of DMS/ECM solutions, and a strong network of enterprise prospects or clients in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE market for DMS/ECM and related software solutions.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing enterprise clients.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to key stakeholders.
• Support the development and execution of sales strategies to meet defined revenue targets.
• Collaborate closely with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to stay ahead of the curve.

• Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in software sales, preferably with exposure to DMS, ECM, or similar business applications.
  • Valid UAE driving license and strong knowledge of the UAE business landscape.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field (preferred).
  • A growing network of enterprise clients in the UAE and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of managing responsibilities independently.
