Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join Facilities Management (FM) team. The role will focus on driving revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, developing tailored service proposals, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads, prepare competitive bids, and contribute to budget planning.
- Support the mobilization of newly awarded FM contracts and projects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Analyze project scopes, prepare estimates, and ensure compliance with client requirements.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to spot trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain CRM databases, prepare reports, and represent the business at events when required.
- Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards, UAE laws, and international quality requirements.
