Are you a confident communicator with a hunter’s mindset for Sales and a Knack for building long-term client relationships? IST Markets is expanding fast, and we’re looking for a Business Development Executive (Forex) who can combine the art of telesales with strategic business growth.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
-Forex Lead Generation & Conversion: Engage prospects via phone, email, and digital channels to promote IST Markets’ trading solutions.
-Client Acquisition & Retention: Convert warm leads into funded trading accounts while nurturing strong, ongoing relationships.
-Market Outreach & Networking: Identify new market segments, attend forex/finance events, and grow our IB & affiliate network.
-CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records, track activity, and ensure timely follow-ups.
-Sales Targets & Revenue Growth: Consistently hit and aim to exceed monthly KPIs in deposits, trading volume, and active accounts.
-Market Intelligence: Stay updated on forex trends and competitor offerings to sharpen your pitch and maintain industry standards.
🔹 Ideal Candidate
-2+ years in Forex/CFD sales, business development, or telesales
-Solid understanding of FX markets, trading platforms, and IB/Affiliate structures
-Fluent in English (extra languages a plus eg. Hausa)
-Persuasive, results-driven, and comfortable in a high-performance environment
-Self-motivated with the discipline to manage both inbound and outbound pipelines
-Female Nigerian National Preferred.
