We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our expanding recruitment team in Dubai. The primary focus of this role is on generating recruitment leads and cultivating strong partnerships across both white-collar and blue-collar sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business leads and identify opportunities within the recruitment industry.
• Approach and engage potential clients for manpower outsourcing and staffing services.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction.
• Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and business presentations for clients.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to achieve business targets and ensure seamless client servicing.

Ideal Candidate:
• Proven experience in business development or recruitment sales.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, confident, and results-driven approach.
• Strong understanding of the UAE manpower market, including white-collar and blue-collar segments.
• Female candidates with their own UAE visa are preferred.
• Candidates must be locally available in the UAE; overseas applicants will not be considered.
