• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Oversee the full business development cycle — from lead generation to client onboarding.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client satisfaction and service quality.
• Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly business targets.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

🔹 Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven business development experience in a Recruitment Agency or HR Consultancy (mandatory).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment.
