Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to drive the growth of our financial products portfolio in the UAE, with a focus on the Dubai market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial services, a strong network in the region, and a proven track record of building strategic relationships and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities to promote and sell financial products (e.g., investment products, loans, insurance, credit facilities, or digital financial solutions).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), corporates, and institutional clients.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored financial solutions aligned with their objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, compliance, risk, operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments in the UAE financial sector.
- Meet or exceed revenue, sales targets, and KPIs set by management.
- Attend networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA/CFA is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within financial services (banking, fintech, asset management, insurance, etc.).
- Solid knowledge of financial products and regulatory environment in the UAE.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Existing client network in Dubai or the broader GCC is highly preferred.
