Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for owning and achieving the business goals and objectives by creating and nurturing the Certified Partner ecosystem as described in the deliverable section below.
Being a part of the Customer Centric organization, a BDE should be able to help the assigned Certified Partners to create long-term and short-term Business Plans and identify key initiatives for the defined period which are going to impact and increase customer satisfaction, directly or indirectly. This includes what the partner aspires for and what should be the key focus areas of activities that will take the Certified Partner reach the aspiration within the set timeline.
Experience You Should Bring
• Experience in channel management, inside sales, renewals, or customer engagement (Technology industry preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with partners and customers.
• Ability to manage multiple renewal activities and maintain organized tracking of accounts.
• Proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable with outbound calling and partner engagement.
What You Will Be Doing
• Work closely with channel partner resources to drive renewal opportunities and improve overall renewal performance.
• Conduct tele-calling, follow-ups, and outreach to customers to facilitate timely renewals.
• Plan and execute renewal-focused activities such as partner renewal drives, campaigns, and customer engagement programs.
• Monitor renewal pipelines, track progress, and ensure partners have the necessary support and information to close renewals.
• Report on renewal metrics, partner performance, and highlight areas for improvement.
• Coordinate and execute Rewards Payout at the end of every quarter.
