Ejadah is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive – Business Development to support its continued growth across the UAE. This role is ideal for a professional who is eager to contribute to business expansion initiatives within the Facilities Management sector.

The position focuses on identifying new business opportunities and supporting the development of commercial documentation, including cost estimates, proposals, and tender submissions. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality and competitive submissions that align with organizational objectives.

Job summary and responsibilities include:

• Identifying and supporting new business opportunities across the UAE market
• Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates, proposals, and tender documents
• Supporting Facilities Management business development activities
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders to gather required data and inputs
• Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all submitted documents

Eligibility criteria for internal applicants include:

• Completion of a minimum of one year in the current position
• No active disciplinary warnings on record
• Minimum performance rating of 3.0 in the last two performance cycles
• For employees with one year of service, the most recent performance rating will be considered
• Successful completion of any assessment process required for the role
