We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our fast-growing recruitment firm in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, generating new client relationships, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process to meet the staffing needs of clients across various industries. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who has a passion for sales, relationship building, and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Identify and prospect new clients within various sectors including IT, finance, engineering, healthcare, and others.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored recruitment solutions.
- Regularly engage with clients through meetings, calls, and presentations to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Market Research & Business Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify business trends, potential opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
- Formulate and execute strategies to grow the company’s client base.
- Analyze customer feedback and industry demands to shape service offerings and recruitment processes.
- Sales & Negotiation:
- Achieve revenue and growth targets through the acquisition of new clients and expansion of existing accounts.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including proposal preparation, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales progress and performance.
- Collaboration with Recruitment Team:
- Collaborate with recruitment consultants to ensure that the client’s hiring needs are met effectively and within deadlines.
- Ensure clear communication of client expectations to the recruitment team.
- Assist in the final stages of recruitment, such as salary negotiations and onboarding processes.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Monitor competitor activities and report on trends and market conditions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a business development or sales role, ideally in recruitment or HR services.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and talent acquisition processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English is essential (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and relevant business development tools.
