Business Development Executive

Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for building client relationships. Experience in the dental laboratory or dental industry is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with dental clinics and partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Conduct market research to identify trends and growth areas
• Present company services and solutions professionally to clients
• Prepare proposals, follow up on leads, and close deals
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Business Development / Sales (dental lab or dental industry experience is a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office (CRM experience is an advantage)
• Valid driving license (preferred, if field-based role)
