Business Development Executive

Description:

A growing healthcare organization in Dubai is seeking motivated and results-driven Business Development Executives to join their team. This role is ideal for professionals with a proven ability to identify and secure new business opportunities while building strong client relationships and contributing to the company’s growth objectives.

The selected candidates will be responsible for driving revenue, expanding the client base, and supporting the organization’s long-term strategic initiatives. They will also represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen the company’s presence in the UAE healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets

• Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities across the UAE

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders

• Conduct market research to assess industry trends and monitor the competitive landscape

• Prepare proposals, business presentations, and regular performance reports

• Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and networking events

Candidate Requirements:

• Languages Spoken: Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog

• Proven track record in Business Development or Sales; healthcare industry experience preferred

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets

• Professional, presentable, and client-focused demeanor

• Must be currently based in Dubai
