Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive – Junior Level to join a growing organization in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to build a successful career in business development within the IT Services, IT Networking, and IoT industry.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify new business opportunities. Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in business development or B2B sales are encouraged to apply. Fluency in both English and Hindi is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
  • Generate and qualify B2B leads using LinkedIn, CRM platforms, email campaigns, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve business development targets.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT services and technology solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities using CRM systems.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on business development activities.

Qualifications & ExperienceRequired

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, or a similar role.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a keen interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience or exposure to the IT Services, IT Networking, or IoT industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer engagement abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred

  • Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networking solutions, and IoT technologies.
  • UAE Driving License is an added advantage.
