Business Development Executive

 

Description:

This role is for someone confident, personable, and commercially minded who enjoys speaking to people, building relationships, and closing opportunities. You’ll speak with clients based in North America, including founders, CEOs, and business owners.

 

Your responsibilities will include understanding their goals, presenting tailored PR and marketing solutions, managing your pipeline in HubSpot, and closing new clients.

 

Requirements:

 

- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, account management, recruitment, real estate, professional services, or agency sales

- Native English or native-level English fluency IS A MUST

- Confident speaking with senior decision-makers

- Comfortable with targets, commission, and commercial conversations

- Ability to work fully on-site in Dubai

- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM–12:00 AM Dubai time (US HOURS)

- Experience with Western clients or Western business culture
