Business Development Executive

Description:

We're hiring a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive in Dubai. You will open doors and build relationships with banks, government entities and large enterprises, and bring EchoNova's voice AI into their operations.

What you'll do

- Identify and qualify opportunities in target sectors across the UAE and GCC

- Run first meetings and live demos with senior decision makers

- Prepare proposals and support commercial negotiations

- Work closely with our product and technical teams to match client needs to what we deliver

- Track the pipeline and report on progress, market trends and client feedback

What we're looking for

- Fluent Arabic and English

- Proven B2B business development experience, ideally in technology, AI, SaaS or telecom in the GCC

- Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and handling objections

- Strong organisation: you manage several opportunities at once and meet targets

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field, or equivalent experience
