As a Business Development Executive/Manager, you will play a key role in identifying, nurturing, and converting sales opportunities in Dubai’s thriving property market. You will manage client portfolios, represent exclusive projects, and contribute to Remart’s business expansion by offering market-driven property solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and convert potential clients for off-plan and ready property sales
- Conduct market research and stay updated with local property trends
- Organize and conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Build and manage strong relationships with clients, developers, and internal teams
- Negotiate and close high-value deals with professionalism and integrity
- Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring high service standards
- Generate reports and track KPIs, pipeline, and client feedback
- Represent Remart at industry events, project launches, and networking opportunities
Who We’re Looking For
- ✅ Minimum 1–2 years (Executive) or 3+ years (Manager) of real estate sales or business development experience in the UAE
- ✅ In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and developer landscape
- ✅ Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- ✅ Proven negotiation and closing skills
- ✅ Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Persian) are a strong plus
- ✅ UAE driving license preferred
- ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
