Description:
As a Business Development & Supply Chain Intern, you will support end-to-end operational excellence through supply chain coordination, procurement management, and business development activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Executing daily operational workflows including procurement, purchase orders (POs), inventory checks, and sales order tracking
- Supporting category expansion by building and maintaining supply pipelines for service professionals
- Conducting market research, demand forecasting, and performance analytics to support decision-making
- Coordinating with internal cross-functional teams (Procurement, Category, Supply, CX) and external stakeholders
- Resolving real-time partner issues to ensure seamless service delivery and improved partner satisfaction
- Working on-ground with providers to implement performance improvement plans and customer-impacting initiatives
- Assisting in maintaining accurate records of inventory, procurement cycles, PO/SO documentation, and supply chain metrics
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain basics, forecasting, or inventory management
- Experience or interest in market research, lead generation, or sales operations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-growth environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency preferred)
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, business development, or sales is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Marketing, or a related field.
