Business Development & Lead Generation Executive

 

Description:

We are looking for a proactive Business Development & Lead Generation Executive to identify opportunities, generate leads, and build relationships with developers, brands, and institutions across the UAE.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and research potential clients and projects in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia
  • Build and maintain a targeted lead database and CRM pipeline
  • Craft and send personalised cold emails and LinkedIn outreach
  • Track market opportunities, RFPs, and industry events
  • Schedule intro calls and meetings for the CEO
  • Collaborate on intro decks and simple proposals (together with CEO)

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years in business development, sales, or lead generation
  • Experience or interest in architecture, design, or creative industries
  • Strong English writing & communication skills
  • Proactive, organised, and self-driven personality
  • Comfortable with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and basic lead research
  • Arabic language is a plus
