Business Development Manager

Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Extra Low Voltage (ELV), Security Camera, and ICT (Networking and Telephony) System Annual Maintenance sales. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Business Development:

1) Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ELV, Security Camera, and ICT System Annual Maintenance sector.

2) Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.

3) Client Relationship Management.

4) Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

5) Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

6) Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively seeking new business and upselling to existing clients.

7) Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

8) Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and opportunities.

9) Prepare and present comprehensive proposals to clients, showcasing our services and solutions.

10) Plan the AMC visits with technical teams.

11) Coordination and alignment with different technical teams to achieve customer service requests.

Qualifications:

1) Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Electrical & Electronic Engineer

2) Proven experience of 6-8 years in sales within the ELV, Security Camera, and ICT System Annual Maintenance industry in the UAE.

3) Strong understanding of industry products, services, and market dynamics.

4) Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

5) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6) UAE Driving License is compulsory.
