Our client, one of the top interior fit-out companies involved in Hospitality, Commercial spaces, and Villa fit-outs in the Middle East business, is seeking to hire a Business Development Manager. The position is based in Dubai.

 

The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth and establishing strong relationships with clients in the interior fit-out industry.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue business opportunities in the interior fit-out sector.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
  • Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development within the interior fit-out industry.
  • Strong network and relationships with key players in the industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of interior design and construction processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
