Hiring Business Development Manager – Freight Forwarding

Location: Dubai

Industry: Freight Forwarding

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the freight forwarding or logistics industry in the UAE.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving business growth, achieving sales targets, and establishing strong client relationships in the freight forwarding industry.

Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the UAE freight forwarding market, including knowledge of international shipping, customs regulations, and supply chain management.

Skills:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Language: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: AED 10,000 to AED 15,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Performance Targets: Expected to achieve a gross profit (GP) of 4x the base salary.
• Commission: 10% commission on the gross profit generated above the target.
