1. 3-4 years of experience in BD into staffing company. Should have prior experience in handling Gulf market.

2. A strong background in Consulting firm. Exceptional communication skills.

3 Identify and explore new business opportunities in the Dubai market and new client acquisition.

4. In-depth understanding of the IT industry and market dynamics.

5. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

6. Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
