Business Development Manager

 

Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to lead and drive our growth initiatives in the digital marketing space in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.

This role requires strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and performance advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Strategy & Planning

o Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned

with the company’s goals.

o Identify market trends, customer needs, and potential growth areas in the

digital marketing space.

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

o Generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and digital platforms.

o Drive end-to-end sales processes, including pitching, proposal creation, negotiations, and closing deals.

3. Revenue & Growth Management

o Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets by acquiring high-value clients. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design client-centric digital

marketing solutions that deliver ROI.

o Monitor market competition to develop innovative approaches to client

acquisition and retention. 4. Team Leadership

o Build, train, and mentor a high-performing business development team. o Set clear KPIs and provide regular feedback to team members.

 

Skills & Qualifications:

  •  Proven experience in business development with a digital marketing
  •  Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, social media,
  • content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
  •  Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  •  Ability to develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-
  • makers.
  •  Analytical mindset with the ability to forecast sales trends and revenue.
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
