About the Role:

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be instrumental in securing new interior design projects and forging strong client relationships within the hospitality industry. You'll leverage your expertise to:

• Drive Business Growth: Lead regional business development, targeting hospitality developers and hotel operators.
• Secure New Projects: Actively pursue and sign interior design contracts, contributing to increased profitability.
• Build Strategic Relationships: Cultivate and manage client relationships, participating in industry events to expand your network.
• Collaborate and Strategize: Work with principals and partners on strategic planning and entrepreneurial initiatives.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in business development within the hospitality or design industry in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong network of contacts with hospitality developers and hotel operators.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
