We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, specifically in the home healthcare industry, and a passion for driving growth in the sector. You will be responsible for expanding our customer base, fostering strong relationships with business clients, and ensuring the continued success of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new B2B opportunities in the home healthcare sector.
- Develop and execute strategies for expanding partnerships with healthcare facilities, insurance companies, corporate clients, and other businesses.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, business partners, and stakeholders.
- Promote Easy Home Healthcare services to potential clients and partners, showcasing the benefits and quality of care.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential partners and clients.
- Negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
- Track and report on sales performance, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operational teams to develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and regulations in the healthcare industry.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, specifically within the home healthcare industry.
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, including developing and maintaining corporate relationships.
- A valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the UAE healthcare market is a plus.
