Key Responsibilities:
• Market Expansion: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our presence in the GCC
• Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Sales Strategy: Develop tailored strategies for branded and non-branded products, ensuring alignment with market demands.
• Market Insights: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven sales and business development experience in the FMCG industry, with a focus on beers, wines, and spirits.
• GCC Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the GCC market, particularly Saudi Arabia, and its growth potential.
• African Market Experience: Familiarity with East and West African markets and their unique dynamics.
• Travel: Willingness to travel extensively for business purposes.
• Location: Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
