Business Development Manager

Description:

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial professional that wants to build sth from scratch with us and be rewarded accordingly! We are looking for someone that will have similar vision with us and become our partner in the UAE market.

The first 7 months there is no fixed salary, but a big commission chunk from the revenue accrued by his/her efforts and after we stabilize, we will amend the agreement accordingly. This person will have full ownership and full flexibility to develop the market as desired.

Plan is to build a boutique office with 4-5 consultants in the next 2 years.

Goes without saying that this person will become the GM of the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
