Business Development Manager

 

Description:

UAE’s leading multi-services firm AG Mena is seeking a business development executive for their corporate services division, in particular their UAE Golden Visa services.

 

The role will include:

 

-Developing business partnerships with real estate agencies and local developers in the UAE.

 

-Take a lead role in the business development initiatives to attract foreign companies

and high-net-worth individuals to the UAE.

 

- Liaising with government bodies, trade associations and private organizations and educating them on the Company’s core services.

 

- Develop a sales strategy designed to achieve revenue targets for the Company.

 

- Providing information to clients related to expansion and business setup in the UAE, together with UAE Residency.

 

Key Requirements:

 

• Minimum of 3 years experience in business development in the area of corporate

services/professional services in UAE or real estate industry. Applicant must have existing relationships with real estate brokers and developers.

 

• Strong communication skills in English.

 

• Business knowledge of the UAE (real estate industry knowledge is a plus).

 

• Advanced command of MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

 

• Passionate customer-focused attitude and strong negotiation and rapport-building skills.

 

• Bachelor's degree in Business / Marketing / or any related field.

 

• Computer Literacy. Proficient with Windows Systems- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
