Business Development Manager

 

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and negotiating contracts. They will also be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing data, and developing strategies to maximize revenue and growth. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for this role.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Showcase / demo our sales automation software product to customers to win business.
  • Evaluate customer's requirements and position product to satisfy needs.
  • Work with sales team to strategize market/ customer penetration.
  • Contribute to product marketing initiatives by writing and speaking about key topics.
  • Maximize the value of the client's investment on our product, converting them into referrers, promoters and advocates of our product.
  • Align with development and sales team to contribute in product innovation.
  • Develop Marketing content and Corporate Communications on the developed Product Solutions and Use cases for product promotion.

 

Skills & Qualification:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in B2B HealthTech Sales.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and public speaking skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM / sales automation products highly.
  • Require experience working with Hospitals/Medical Centers/Clinics in the Middle East.
  • Must possess a valid UAE 4-wheeler driving license and own a car.
  • Extensive knowledge in health IT product organization is an added advantage.
  • Must be able to travel across UAE &KSA
