Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective business development strategies aimed at increasing company revenue and market share within the FMCG and Retail sectors.

• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, distribution channels, and potential partnerships.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as distributors, suppliers, clients, and retail partners.

• Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to anticipate trends and inform strategic decisions.

• Create and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and key performance metrics to monitor progress and ensure alignment with business goals.

• Collaborate closely with internal departments including sales, marketing, and operations to ensure integrated execution of growth plans.

• Prepare and present detailed business proposals, pitch decks, and performance reports to senior management.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• 2 to 3 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the FMCG or Retail sectors.

• Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape in the UAE region.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
