Business Development Manager

Al Andalus Courtyard Real Estate Development LLC is seeking a highly experienced and qualified Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team.

The role will be focused on generating revenue for the company through direct sales, cross-sales, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in sales, strategic planning, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and implement business development strategies and action plans.

✅ Work with sales targets and performance metrics.

✅ Prepare and present business proposals and partnership pitches.

✅ Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and networking

✅ Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients

✅ Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and business cases

✅ Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction

✅ Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to tailor solutions for clients

✅ Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments

✅ Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to promote the company and generate leads

✅ Prepare regular reports and updates on pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics

✅ Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the management

Qualifications & Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)

✅ Minimum 5 years of proven experience in real estate (developer, selling, fit-out, or construction) and/or the healthcare sector.

✅Proven background in sales and business development

✅ Strong understanding of market trends, client relations, and strategic sales planning

✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

✅ Demonstrated ability to develop and close business deals and partnerships

✅ Familiarity with the UAE market and business landscape
